Jessica Kooris - Co-Founder

​

Jessica Kooris is the co-founder of Kooris Consulting, Inc. and has over 18 years of experience working in real estate consulting and development.  As a project manager at Freeman/Frazier & Associates (FFA) and JS Freeman Associates (JSF), Ms. Kooris was involved in the preparation of the Economic Analysis Reports submitted to the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals (NYC BSA). At FFA/JSF, Ms. Kooris prepared over 250+ feasibility studies with a 100% success rate.

 

Ms. Kooris is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is passionate about process improvement and clear and open communication.

Ms. Kooris holds a Master’s Degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
